Official Rules for the On Assignment Nurse Travel STAT Rewards Program
· To be eligible for the STAT Rewards program you must be a RN working for On Assignment Nurse Travel. You will earn chances to win by taking a new assignment, extending a current assignment, or referring a qualified RN to On Assignment Nurse Travel during the monthly contest period. Chances to win are determined by the criteria below:
· Chances to win for qualified referrals will be given in the month that the referral starts their assignment.
· All STAT Rewards cash and prizes are subject to all applicable taxes.
· No purchase is necessary to enter.
· Three winners will be randomly chosen from the pool of RNs who started a new assignment, extended an existing assignment, or made a referral during the contest period. On Assignment will notify the winners in person, by telephone, or email. Winners can claim his or her prize in person or by calling the number listed on the notification email or telephone message. Prizes that are unclaimed after two weeks following the date of the personal notice, the date of the telephone message, or the sent date of the email notice (as the case may be) will be awarded to another RN, who will be the winner.
· By participating in the STAT Rewards program, you agree to be bound by On Assignment’s rules and regulations and the decisions of On Assignment, which shall be final and binding.
· Subject to any governmental approval that may be required, On Assignment reserves the right to, without prior notice and at any time, terminate the sweepstakes, in whole or in part, or modify sweepstakes in any way, should any factor interfere with its proper conduct as contemplated by these official rules. On Assignment reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel the program in its entirety. On Assignment reserves the right to interpret, construe, and administer the provisions of this program and to make relevant factual determinations including, but not limited to, eligibility and payment distribution.
· Winners will allow the use of their name or likeness in future promotions or advertising.
· Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States, 18 years or older.
· The odds of winning depend upon the number of nurses who start an assignment, extend an existing assignment, or refer a qualified RN during the contest period.
· There is no limit to how many prizes a qualified nurse can win. Previous winners are eligible to win additional prizes during each contest period they qualify.
· Winner is responsible for paying any applicable sales or federal income tax.
· Sweepstakes is void where prohibited. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.
· On Assignment will not be liable to any employee, candidate, or any third party for any damages or claims resulting from this program. You agree to release and hold On Assignment, its employees, officers, directors, shareholders, agents, representatives, parent companies, and affiliates harmless from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind in connection with the program, including without limitation, personal injury, death and property damages, and claims based on publicity rights, defamation or invasion of privacy.
*On Assignment collectively refers to On Assignment, Inc., and any of its wholly owned corporations and any of their divisions. This includes, but is not limited to, On Assignment Staffing Services, Inc. and Assignment Ready, Inc.
